(一)、AGV小车在仓储业的发展:

(二)、AGV小车在智能仓储的优势:

亚马逊、阿里、京东,都在全面转向仓储物流智能化,以提升现有的物流水平。

1.亚马逊Kiva每小时拣选过万件

Kiva机器人可以说是最早电商仓储物流机器人,Kiva集扫码、称重、分拣功能于一身,识别面单信息、实现最优路线投递,每小时分拣完成可达18000件。

2.阿里 “曹操”仓储机器人自主研发

阿里的“货到人”仓储机器人名字叫曹操,取名来自俗语“说曹操曹操就到”。可以实现定位商品位置,以最优路径拣货,自动把货物送到打包台,据了解,其造价高达上百万,所有系统由阿里自主研发。

3.京东将打造全仓机器人

京东将打造无人仓,从商品入库、存储、拣货、包装、分拣、装车所有环节全部无人化,各种形态的机器人是仓内的唯一主角。据米克力美了解,主要有SHUTTLE货架穿梭机器人、智能搬运机器人AGVDELTA型分拣机器人、六轴机器人6-AXIS负责搬运码垛。
